The grand entrance to the ballroom welcomes you with a beautiful, concrete pillared fireplace in the lobby.  The ballroom is a 3,000 sq ft area covered in hardwood flooring.  On the south side of the retangular room, there is a wall of windows looking out on the San Juan Mountains.  On the west side, there is a permanent stage in place for entertainment to set up.  There are many variations of light to set the mood for your event, and capabilities for any type of audio visual needs.  The ballroom is adjoined to a full service kitchen for your catering needs.  Double doors can adjoin the ballroom to the full conference room, or a single door to the lobby, if desired.  There are limitless possibilities for the use of the room, call us to discuss your ideas with!

   Three sets of iron-decorated glass double doors magestically invite you in from the outside to our 4,000 sq ft gallery.  The South walls of the gallery are floor to ceiling paned glass, with awe-inspiring views of the San Juan Mountains.  The gallery has 325 ft of art hanging system for displaying artwork.  The floors are covered in beautifully patterned brocade carpet, and the gallery is lit by incandescent, dimming light, as well as positionable track lighting for accenting wall art. 

   The gallery has been used for art exhibitions, breakfast, lunch and dinner settings, business expositions, weddings, craft shows and parties of all kinds.  Please contact us to discuss your meeting or event ideas!!  Your event is our specialty.

Leading into the conference rooms is a 60' long reception hallway, bowed out on the west side by ceiling-to-floor paned windows looking out into the Pavilion Courtyard. The reception hallway houses 6 seperate entrances into the adjoining conference rooms, including a double door entrance at the north end.  The 4,000 sq ft conference room has several options for break-out rooms.  The large room can be broken down into 3 seperate rooms by moveable walls.  All conference rooms have additional doors on the east sides, leading to the catering kitchens.  The walls are covered in sound board for the best possible acoustics.  We have portable dance floor, and portable stages that can be used in a multitude of different ways.  
   The Terrace Room is across the reception hallway from the main banquet rooms on the North end.  The Terrace Room is adorned with a beautiful "knee to ceiling" wall of windows that looks out onto the Pavilion Courtyard.  Heavy drapes dress the windows during projected presentations.  This conference room is perfect for executive meetings or just to make a great impression!
